We planned this route for a family of four with a ₹1.2 lakh budget. Here is every ferry, every meal category, and every activity — and what we would skip next time.

Day 1–2: Port Blair

Arrive, settle in, and visit Cellular Jail for the Sound & Light show in the evening. Budget accommodation in Port Blair runs ₹1,500–₹2,500 per night for a family room.

Day 3–5: Havelock Island

Take the morning ferry to Havelock (₹1,200–₹1,800 per person). Spend two full days between Radhanagar Beach and a snorkelling trip to Elephant Beach. Budget guesthouses here run ₹2,000–₹3,500 per night.

Day 6: Neil Island

A short ferry hop to Neil Island for a quieter final stop. Bharatpur Beach is free to visit and excellent for snorkelling without booking a tour.

Day 7: Return to Port Blair

Ferry back to Port Blair for your onward flight. Leave a buffer of at least 4–5 hours before your flight in case of ferry delays.

What We Would Skip Next Time

We booked a sunset cruise that was overpriced for what it offered. A simple evening walk on Radhanagar at sunset gives nearly the same experience for free.
